Description
The BBbidet 2679 is a 585mm matte ceramic countertop basin designed for modern vanities, powder rooms and hospitality bathrooms. Its rounded-rectangle bowl, slim rim and low 140mm profile create a spacious washing area without a bulky silhouette. Choose from six coordinated matte colours to match contemporary bathroom finishes.
2679 Matte Rounded Rectangle Countertop Basin: Key Benefits
- Generous 585mm width: A wide rounded-rectangle vessel basin for comfortable everyday use.
- Low-profile design: The 140mm height keeps the basin visually light on the countertop.
- Matte ceramic finish: Easy-Clean surface designed for straightforward daily care.
- Soft rounded corners: Architectural rectangular styling without harsh edges.
- Colour-matched drain cover: Maintains a clean, coordinated appearance inside the bowl.
- Six colour options: Matte White, Matte Gray, Matte Black, Matte Pink, Matte Green and Matte Blue.
- Flexible faucet planning: No pre-drilled faucet hole, allowing use with a tall deck-mounted basin faucet or wall-mounted faucet.
Countertop Installation and Faucet Planning
The 2679 is designed for above-counter or vessel-basin installation. Because the basin has no faucet hole, select a tall deck-mounted faucet or wall-mounted basin faucet with suitable spout height and reach.
This model does not have an overflow hole. Before installation, ask your installer to confirm the countertop opening, compatible waste and trap fittings, faucet position and sealing method for the chosen countertop material. Never leave the water running unattended.
Planning the vanity around this 585mm basin? Use our countertop basin dimensions and vanity-size guide to calculate usable width, depth, faucet clearance and finished rim height before installation.
Explore compatible styles in the BBbidet basin faucet collection.
For a tall deck-mounted option, compare the 7901G tall vessel sink faucet or the tall variants in the 9501 basin faucet range. Confirm spout height, reach and clearance against the installed basin before ordering.
